It’s Official: We’ve Been WBENC Certified!

Marketing Doctor is proud to announce our recent certification as a “Women’s Owned Small Business” (WOSB) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)! This certification is an embodiment of all our efforts to forge stronger and more inclusive workplaces with our government and corporate partners.

Our certification was featured in various publications, ranging from major metropolitan papers like the financial section of The StarTribune to medical industry journals such as BioSpace.

The WBENC certification, recognized by hundreds of major corporations and government agencies, verifies that a company is at least 51 percent woman/women owned. It is one of the most sought-after and respected business certification programs in the country. The WBENC national standard of certification is quite stringent and includes an intense process of in-depth inspections of the company’s financial reports, an administrative and organizational review of the business, and on-site inspections.

At Marketing Doctor, we are extremely passionate about our ongoing work with our government and corporate partners, focused on creating a more inclusive workplace and procurement processes. This certification will allow us to continue expanding our efforts towards that goal. We plan to keep this ball rolling, and predict that you will be seeing many more celebratory blog posts as we strive for consistent expansion and ever-growing success!
