Janet is a seasoned advertising and marketing strategist with expertise in all aspects of successful marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, event management, celebrity endorsements, digital campaigns, budgeting, and management. Excel in managing multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving, and follow-through capabilities. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cohesive teams that achieve results. Janet successfully sources vendors, negotiates contracts, and manages budgets. Her written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are superb. Janet leads an aggressive team of marketing professionals who have become industry leaders on a variety of emerging marketing platforms. Under her direction, Marketing Doctor serves many pro bono causes throughout the year, often to benefit women and girls. In her “free” time, Janet and her husband Peter wrangle 4 young, spirited, adventurous kids. They love to spend time together as a family on the beautiful beaches of New England and Florida. Janet has been a step aerobics enthusiast for 30 years and has a small, tight-knit group of friends. She travels with her Book Club Girl Gang and sometimes even reads books.
Carol joined Marketing Doctor in August of 2012, bringing 20+ years of media expertise and experience in both radio and television. As director of the Media Buying team, and a leader on the Digital Team, Carol focuses on strategic media-buying, negotiating and placing all forms of media, including TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, Facebook, and direct mail, with an emphasis on analysis and negotiation to ensure the best value, reach, and cost-per-point possible for her clients. Carol develops and executes marketing campaigns to include a full array of traditional and non-traditional media. In addition to developing and maintaining relationships with clients, Carol has established excellent working relationships with media outlet account executives across New England, affording her the ability to set (and achieve) lofty media buying expectations. Beyond heading our media buying department, Carol sets marketing goals for our clients and manages the Marketing Doctor team to ensure that our clients meet these goals. When she’s not juggling multiple accounts at work, you can find Carol at home cooking, spending time with her family, gardening, knitting and cheering on the New England Patriots.
Caroline joined the Marketing Doctor team in the spring of 2014 after graduating from Westfield State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. As our Marketing Analyst, Caroline heads the analytics department, data mining and searching for trends in past and current reports to better serve our clients in the future. Caroline is committed to continued education in marketing and holds industry-leading certifications in Facebook, Google Analytics, and Instagram. She has also attended Social Media Marketing World in 2016, 2017 and 2018, positioning her among the country's most knowledgeable experts in emerging marketing platforms. In addition to managing accounts, Caroline assists in media buying, script writing, direct marketing campaigns, evaluating data for social conversion, and performing SEO audits and ROI reports. When she’s not analyzing and tracking data for our clients, you’ll find Caroline working in her garden, arranging flowers, playing with her pup Titan, or quadding through the woods of Ludlow.
As a Senior Account Executive, Michaela manages client work and communication at Marketing Doctor. In her spare time she leads bid writing for federal and state contracts. Additionally, she leads Marketing Doctor’s initiative as a Certified Woman’s Business Enterprise to land major contracts through WBENC. With a professional background in digital marketing, research, writing, and editing, Michaela also serves as the in-house copywriter, providing research and writing support to the rest of the team. Michaela received a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and supports Marketing Doctor’s mission to empower women and girls at local, state, federal, and global levels. In her free time, Michaela likes to do free-hand embroidery and paper crafts, harmonize with the radio, and snuggle her cats.
Melinda joined Marketing Doctor in July of 2015 as a Visual Designer, taking advantage of her mastery with the Adobe Creative Cloud to produce print ads, digital ads, videos, and animations. She also applies her expertise in UI design, HTML, and CSS to create websites, design and implement e-mail marketing campaigns, and bring other interactive content to life. These skills have been instrumental to her success with promotional events, helping her to create silkscreen shirts, banners, coasters, billboards, and button pins. When she’s not at work, Melinda spends her free time studying animation and working on personal art projects.
Evan joined the Marketing Doctor team in July of 2017. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in English, he put his skills to use as a digital marketer. He found his niche in social media and blog writing, meshing creativity and analysis, and supports a variety of Marketing Doctor clients. When Evan’s not busy fixing grammatical errors, you can find him playing bass for his band, paid in quarters.
Ashley joined Marketing Doctor in April of 2017 and holds the title of Digital and Social Media Strategist. As part of our paid social media advertising team, Ashley creates ad campaigns, tracks daily performance and budget spend, and works closely with our content and design teams to ensure we are keeping our ads up to date. Ashley is truly a targeting expert. She also provides support on all accounts through data analysis, report generation, and market research. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State University with a major in Communication and a minor in Psychology. She has a professional background in web design, as well as content creation and management. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing with her dog, binge-watching shows on Netflix, and practicing yoga.
Molly joined the Marketing Doctor team in October 2017 as a Content Writer and has earned the position of Content Supervisor through true teamwork and grit. She majored in Writing for Film and Television at Emerson College, and has since been applying her skills as the head of the Content Writing team: creating organic and ad copy, writing blogs and scripts, and editing anything that comes across her desk. Outside of work, you can find her watching too much television, giving a half-decent trivia night performance, and stopping conversations in the middle of a sentence to acknowledge nearby dogs.
Richie Here! Richie Moczo joined the Marketing Doctor team in March 2018 as a Digital Strategist. He is a certified Google Adwords Partner, and true Google and Facebook advertising junkie! Richie began his journey in content marketing more than 5 years ago, right before he went on to earn a B.A. in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Richie’s role focuses on creating and optimizing digital campaigns, working with our content team to develop campaign content, and assisting our web design team in website creation. Additionally, Richie has earned various certifications in inbound marketing, content marketing, as well as Facebook advertising. During his downtime, he enjoys being outdoors, participating in after-work sports leagues, hiking, spending time with his three sisters and parents, and, of course, adding to his collection of novelty golf balls. Richie currently resides in Chicopee with his lovely fiance Celia and their dogs, Lila and Lucy.
Estee joined the Marketing Doctor team as a Social Media Analyst in April of 2018. Her specialties consist of building, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook and AdWords campaigns, in addition to occasionally building (and rebuilding) websites. She is aided by a professional skill set focused around digital marketing, analysis, graphic design, and web design.
Estee has a professional background working with advertising agencies and graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Minor in Economics. In her off time, Estee enjoys crafting, playing with her dogs, and hanging out with friends and family.
Colin joined the Marketing Doctor team in May of 2018 as a Content Creator. He has a B.A in Communications and Marketing from UMass Amherst, spending his time there working at WMUA 91.1FM. Colin helps in writing the content we distribute for our clients, including organic ad writing and video creation. Outside of work, you can find him watching and playing sports, obsessing over the ocean and talking to whoever will listen. Rumor has it, he speaks into the air until his words find listening ears.
Candace joined the Marketing Doctor team in January 2015 as our Business Manager. Since then, she has become the backbone that keeps us afloat and on-budget. After receiving an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate from Our Lady of the Elms College, Candace launched a career in bookkeeping and tax preparation, also working as a bankruptcy paralegal for 20 years. When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her getting her nails done or adding to her collection of anything and everything that is pink!
Jane started at Marketing Doctor in September of 2017, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on helping new businesses develop visual branding strategies. She puts her artistic skills and expertise to work creating logos, brochures, collateral and promotional design, billboards, packaging, videos, and advertisements. She is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and holds a MFA in Design Communications from Pratt Institute. Outside of work, she is the creative director for a quarterly business magazine and an active mentor for startup businesses thorough Valley Venture Mentors.
Kate joined the agency after over 7 years in the software industry, where she focused on advanced marketing technologies and customer success. With experience ranging from high-growth software start-ups to long-standing large corporations, Kate is energized by helping organizations of any size grow and scale. She is always looking for new ways to be more efficient, improve operations, and help deliver top-notch marketing programs. Outside of work, Kate holds a leadership position at a local quilt guild and makes quilted items for local hospitals and non-profits.
